Inspired by a vintage promotional t-shirt found In the SVA Archives - this project pays tribute to late artist, illustrator, and chair of the MFA Illustration department Marshall Arisman.
The front of the merchandise features his frequently used saying “Follow Your Bliss”, while the back showcases the iconic monkey illustration from his 1974 SVA subway poster.
Accompanying the illustration is a tagline written by his wife and collaborator, Dee Ito.
